Allow Export of Share Price History
Given the problems with Yahoo price downloads (see other ticket) users need to be able to repair price histories without having to manually go through each entry individually, which is monumentally time-consuming.
If we could export a CSV in the same format that MD uses for imports, we could repair them then re-import. This would for example allow the share split problem to be fixed using Excel, even if there were 100s of time points in the history.
