How to hide or not list Securities with zero shares
Is there a way to remove all securities on ZERO shares, from the drop down list form the SECURITIES DETAIL tab. (top right)
I cannot remove the security since there is historic transactions in register. But I dont want to scroll through all the old ones to get to the current.

Hi Kevin,
What I did was to append a 'z' to the beginning of the name of each closed out security. e.g. zGoogle, zMicrosoft,
It doesn't remove the security but it does relegate them to the bottom of most lists, thus getting them out of the way.

Yeah.
Understood
But that changes the name on all the historic transactions that use that security too.
I’m not sure how that effects reports etc.
I’ll take a look.
But thanks
Kev
