securities prices update

When I first tried the Money Dance, all the “BOVESPA” securities prices where correctly updated daily. Now I get an error message. (Code 403).
Why the securities prices of the stocks exchanged at BOVESPA - Sao Paolo Stock Exchanges are not being updated since last year?

   What version and build of Moneydance are you running. see under HELP - ABOUT MONEYDANCE. For example I am running 2017.7(1663). What is the version of the Q & ER under EXTENSIONS - MANAGE EXTENSION?

   Can you post say three symbols and there names that don't return prices so they can be checked.

   ITUB4 returns a price of 51.02. PETR3 a price of 21.06 from Alpha Vantage.
   The messages you can get on the test and basic screen can be misleading. I think there is still a bug. Have you checked the price history windows for these two securities to see if they are updating?
