Stock quotes don't/won't update

I have MoneyDance version 2017.6. I updated in February 2018.

MoneyDance fails to update stock prices, even with the "update now" button. It says the last stock price update was 3/13/2019, but after it tries to update, it lists the number of stocks skipped, the number of errors, and 0 quotes obtained. Ho do I fix it?

   Can you post the build of 2017 see under HELP - ABOUT MONEYDANCE. e.g. 2017.6(1656).
   Can you confirm you are running v1015 of the Q & ER under EXTENSION – MANAGE EXTENSIONS. Also, you followed the link and obtained a free Alpha Vantage key to install.
   Can you also post say three symbols and their associated names so I can test?

   I am running MD 2017.7.1 and v1015 of this extension. I did click on "Set API Key" button, registered and obtained a key. I then quota and restarted MD, but continue to get an error 403 and Forbidden message on al 99 stock quotes.
   What to do?

   Are you setting Alpha Vantage in the Dropdowns in the Q & ER?
