Download of 401K information uses security ID not security

In my 401K account with Fidelity I have it set up to download transaction. I setup the account with an initial download of information and that associated a number of mutual funds, but seemed to do it only using the Moneydance security ID. Thus, what shows in the transactions is something like OU61, which is the ID for AM CENT OC 2045 RG. This is just one example. After the initial download I setup all of my initial balances correctly with the proper security names and all. I removed the bogus securities that were listed just using the ID. Everything looked perfect. However, I just downloaded and the transactions from 3/15 all came in again using just the security ID. Now I have a bunch of bogus securities associated with the account as it takes these IDs and adds them. I haven't done anything yet, but looking like I would need to go into each transaction, figure out what security it was referring to, set it for the intended security. Then when that is all done I would need to remove the bogus securities that became associated with the account. This would be a true pain. Can you explain what is happening and how to get around it?

Also, for the new transactions that are downloaded there is a blue circle for the new transaction. I understand the blue circle on a bank account and how to clear it. However, not sure how it gets cleared on an investment account. I do not see any logical options.
