Incorrect share count
Accumulated over multiple years by ?incomplete or incorrect entries- is there a way to make a one- time adjustment in share # to approximate # given by investment account?
Thanks

Hi William,
Something that you could try...
Enter a Buy transaction to increase the number of shares required to reconcile the account and set the amount of the transaction to $0.00.
Or
Enter a Sell transaction to decrease the number of shares required to reconcile the account. Again, set the amount of the transaction to $0.00.
Dong so, you should be able to resolve the number of shares but of course your basis will not be accurate.
Perhaps support or some other user can offer some other input.

Hi Bill,
You're welcome. I'm glad to hear that it helped albeit it's a kludge.
