Why are my investments not updating?
Why are my investments not updating? I upgraded to the latest version of Moneydance thinking that would solve my problems with the stocks updating. All are still erring and not updating....

I am having the same or similar issue. Like Lori Ernst, I upgraded to the latest MD version, & then I tried both updating investments & downloading transactions from the financial website, but neither seems to be working.

You need to check if you are running the latest version of the Quotes and Exchange Rates updater v1020 under EXTENSIONS – MANAGE EXTENSIONS.
If you are running the latest version and it has worked in the past then there is probable not much you can do. I however this is your first attempt to use the Q & ER then you may have some setting wrong, post more details with a screen shot of your setting in the Q & ER.
There is a free alternative third-party system called Quote Loader see post 68 in this thread http://help.infinitekind.com/discussions/investments/3771-third-par...

Thank you for your response. I don't have Q & ER even installed as I'm not
looking for price quotes or exchange rates. How does this extension work to
help with transaction downloads?

The Q & ER is not a tool for downloading Transaction. To help with that type of issue you will need to provide a lot more information. The exact version and build of Moneydance you are running. The financial intuitions you are dealing with. The type of download. Is it direct connect or are you downloading a file from your account and tying to import it into Moneydance, if so what is the file type. What error messages are you getting.
