Graph on Securities History.
Is there a way to suppress the Volume on the Range Axis of the graph that is displayed on the Securities Detail tab?

Hi cary.lewis0409,
The graph in question garners it's data from the security's History table.
To suppress the volume, you'd need to delete the volume data from the History table.
Going forward, there are free, third-party stock quote importers that either A) don't import volume data or B) that allow you to select whether or not the volume data is imported.
If you're interested, let me know and I'll dig up the links to them.

Thank you. Yes, I knew that is where the graph was getting it's information, so I have been manually deleting that volume data. If you could find 1 or 2 of those links for me I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks again.

Hi cary.lewis0409,
The two stock quote importers that I've used in the past (Security Price Loader & Quote Loader) are both supplied free of charge by Moneydance user Mike Bray and / or a collaborator, forum member hleofxquotes.
The Quote Loader extension is their latest contribution. I could go into further detail but forum member Derekkent23 has provided in-depth instructions and links in a PDF file located here:

The Security Price Loader imports a CSV file provided by an independent source. e.g. a Portfolio / Wish List from Yahoo Finance, Morningstar or maybe even your brokerage website.
Once you have obtained the CSV file, the Security Price Loader provide the interface to select how much data to import. Here's the link to Mike Bray's list of extensions.
