Is there any extension for creating tax info that can be imported into other programs for handling income taxes? I have seen references to a beta that did and did not exist and even links to one, but the messages say it does not work.

    I'm a fellow user.

This is the last link I saw for the TXF exporter.

I have no idea if it works or not.

Yes, it works (in a fashion). It will read through all the transactions
and generate a "txf file" (or so it appears). But it requires that you
asociate the categories with the 1040 schedules. If you were really good
at assigning categories with the tax schedules in mind, it would do the
    filter.

Unfortunately, many of the schedules are changing for this tax year. The
    schedules are US focused.

Thanks, I just want the Capital Gains info for taxes. It was the only thing Quicken consistently did right.
