I have 2 identical ISA investment accounts ( wife & self).
How do I copy input transactions from 1 account to the other to save double input

The easiest way to set this up is to create a new date set named ISA transactions. Create an is a investment account. Enter your transactions in here. Export this account. Then you can import it to both accounts in your data file.

The next time you are entering transactions in the ISA account. Delete the old transactions before you start so you only import the newest transactions.
