Checking Share Balance at given date
I'm looking to reconcile an investment account ending Q1 of this year, so end of March.
How can I easily see what each of my share balances were on that date? There have been quite a few transactions since then (an active 401(k)), so it's not particularly convenient to take the current balance and subtract out all purchases.

I'm a fellow user.
Have you tried the Portfolio report setting it to the date you require. That should give you the total shares owned per security at this date.

That'll do, thanks! I haven't much looked at reporting because the charting options are so underpowered that I ignored the rest.
