investment register tax date
In Preferences the 'separate tax date for transactions' is not checked (why it still shows in the register is confusing, but okay). So when I enter a date manually I can only access the upper date cell but not the lower one. Somewhat expected behavior, I guess, though I think the tax date field should not even be showing.
However, when doing a batch change on multiple investment transactions and change the date, it automatically enters the former date in to the date tax cell and the new date in the upper date cell. Now I can't get rid of the tax date. No big deal I guess but it sure looks ugly and cluttered. And in the batch change menu there are two 'date' selections though it doesn't matter which one I select for the batch change, I get the same results. What's going on here?
