I can't seem to get the quote loader extension to pull in prices more recent than from 12/31/2019. Is this a known issue?

   I am not support staff, just a user.

   All but 2 of mine are the 2nd or 3rd at time of test.
   Can you provide a number of ticker symbols you are having issues with and I will check.
   Also the source for the quotes you selected.

   None of my securities seem to be updating. Here are some of the ticker symbols: FXAIX, FSDIX, FSKAX, FXNAX.

   Hi Kent Rager

   The extension “Quote and Exchange Rate Updater found under EXTENSIONS – MANAGE EXTENSIONS. Check you are running the latest build v1024. For exchange rates use the source European Central Bank. Alpha Vantage covers the US as well as some securities outside the US, but is very, very slow. It’s my understanding that the source IEX Trading no longer works.

   Checked your four example securities they all returned quotes all be the last quote were dated the 2nd. There is a bug that indicates they are returning zero prices. Check the actual price history window for each security.

   If the Quote and exchange rate updater does not work well for you try the free third-party Quote Loader. Both of the sources in the Quote Loader have good coverage of worldwide securities.
