<p>Have you seen the following article about importing CSV files? You have to tell the importer what data is in what column.</p>

<p>When importing Exchange rates Column 1 is the date and Column 2 is the rate.</p>
<p>On the first line of the file set the headers, Moneydance seems to like column1 having a header of Date and column 2 a header of Close</p>
