Fidelity IRA Rollover transaction download not working

I am able to set up the IRA Rollover account properly and link it online with Fidelity Investments (Note I also have a 401k with Fidelity and that one is linked to Fidelity NetBenefits not Fidelity Investments and transactions are correctly downloaded.) The account number for the IRA rollover is matched, my credentials are accepted, but when I ask for download it finds zero transactions when I know for a fact there are some to be downloaded.

    just a user,

    I noticed this about a month ago. MD will login with no errors, but nothing is downloaded. I think this is the same issue with Discover card. The banks have changed something to cater with Quicken which disables our access. You can still download manually fortunately.
