In the older one, the total value of the bonds changes as I input new prices. In the newer one, although I have input monthly prices, the value shown is still based on the original price. How do I get this one to change the total value along with the price changes,? I can't see anything I've done differently.

bobaleedstag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/484352182020-06-30T16:12:49Z2020-06-30T16:12:49ZPrices of stocks/bonds

Hi,

I use the "Security Price Entry" extension for doing this with US savings bonds. I do it quarterly.

In the extension enter the new prices, and make sure to set the "as-of Date" and "Also set these prices as "current"."

Christophertag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/484352182020-06-30T16:28:04Z2020-06-30T16:28:04ZPrices of stocks/bonds

I'd never heard of this extension, but downloaded it and it seems to do exactly what I need.
Thanks for the prompt and helpful response.

bobaleeds
