How do you enter a new share purchase using bank and share register?

I'm a fellow user.
The Bank register is available in Investment accounts to facilitate the entry of banking type transactions that the Investment register is not able to handle.
Transactions that involve buying and selling of shares are handled in the Investment register.

If you are having a particular issue entering investment transactions perhaps you could elaborate on what issue you are having.
