<p>In the MD 2021 (2006) Investment account window with a selected account, I click on the Download button, see a "Downloading Transactions..." status at the bottom of the window and...nothing. No updates. No error message.</p>
<p>Try the Menu: Online > Download (or use cmd-D). I am prompted for the password, the prompt window disappears, "Downloading Transactions..." again appears at the bottom of the account window and...no updates.</p>

<p>From a no-nothing perspective: I’ve seen discussions around banking transactions, but what I’m experiencing is with my investment accounts. I don’t know if this is related or distinct from banking transactions.</p>

Specifically, there is a post there from Tech Support, Maddy.</p>
<p>he walks through the steps to disable and set up again. Those same steps are posted in other places on their forum.</p>
<p>It would be instructive for all, since you are using newest version, to go through those steps. I am still using the 2020 version because I am not yet ready to pay for my upgrade (not free for me). Maddy is recommending trying those steps with the latest (Beta) version. That is build for v2021 is 2010 at <a href="https://infinitekind.com/preview">https://infinitekind.com/preview</a></p>

<p>Found the Maddy post and it seems to do the trick. I’m getting transaction downloads from my various accounts, and they seem to be going into their proper buckets.</p>
