Investment Import - the downloaded transfer from my bank account won't merge with my register
I hope this is a simple question. When I download the investments into my Betterment register, the money I transfer from my bank appears in the register. The transfer I have set up from my bank account appears in the bank register. However, my only choice is to accept the transaction, I can't merge it with the transfer I have set up within Moneydance, so I end up with both the internal-to-Moneydance transfer and the downloaded deposit. I'm deleting the downloaded transfer, but then it wants to redownload every time I do an update.
Is there any way to get that downloaded transfer from my bank to merge with the bank register transfer?

just a user - there is no merge function for Investment accounts.
When you delete the downloaded transfer, you also delete the internal FITID code which tells MD and the bank not to download it again.

Thanks DTD -
I'll just take the money out of my checking using the investment expense category, and put it into the investment account from the same category. Not quite what I expected to do, but it seems to work.
