Tracking stock option (grants & then latter exercises)

I'm not finding any ~ built-in support, i.e. let's say I get a grant today that includes strike price X with options spread over the next 5 years, and with an expiration 10 years from now.

I've googled all over and can only find an old forum post that says "options are supported" but then the provided link is dead.

Is there any direct (or indirect) way that people use?

Anyone have any experience with these transactions?
I would assume I'm not the only MD user receiving stock grants ;-)

just a user - you are in the right place, but the last stock grant options I had were 20 years ago, and I just imported the info from quicken, so I'll let someone else reply.
