Hi
Since the upgrade - my Moneydance is unable to retrieve and update the share prices in Quote Loader.
Has this been an issue with others?

   I'm a fellow customer.

   To start with ensure you are running the latest version of Quote Loader. There was a problem with Yahoo downloads.

   Where do you check what the latest Quote Loader is?
   I changed to FT downloads - but to no avail unfortunately

   Menu option Extensions --> Manage Extensions will tell you if there is a later version available, the latest is 3058.

   If you have been using Yahoo and the exchange is set to default then change the source to FT it will invariably fail. The default for Yahoo is the U.S. exchanges, for FT it is the London Stock Exchange, so with U.S. stocks using FT you need to then set the exchange.
