Input Security in Register

I cannot access a security from The Register Page

It is in the list of security but, not in the Register page??

    I'm a fellow user.

    Using securities is a multistep process in Moneydance. Firstly you define the security. This sets up its basic information and provides a structure to support things like price quotes.

    You then have to associate or assign the security to the investments accounts you will be using to trade those securities.

    It sounds like you have not performed the second step.

    On the Securities detail page you can see what securities you have assigned to the account - the double headed arrow next to current the security name shows what securities are assigned

    The "Add Security" button allows you to add more securities from your list.

    Adding securities creates a security sub account for that security and creates the structure to support security transactions.
