deleting a security
I'm trying to delete a security for which I find no transactions but it say in use.
Not a big deal though. Just trying to clean up data.

This does not work for me, maybe because the security I want to merge is in
2 different investment accounts.

Merge? You said delete on post 1. What exactly are you trying to do?

There will be transactions against that security. Go to the investment account and look for the txns.
