Capital gains report should show purchase dates
Somebody posted this two years ago on a closed thread, and I agree:
I think the capital gains report should show all the columns required to complete Schedule D of IRS Tax Form 1040. Quicken has been doing this for years and I have used it to complete my Schedule D's for years.
Also, the format of the report makes no sense, with two lines duplicated for every transaction and the only difference in the two lines is a tag for long term or short term. Each transaction should be on one line.
