Unconfirmed downloaded transactions not showing up in register

So, I have an investment account with Fidelity, and, I download those monthly using the download button. For once of my Fidelity accounts, it suddenly won't show downloaded transactions.

I reset the sync date as at first wasn't sure why they didn't download. It said it download 25 new transactions, the bottom right of the screen says "You have unconfirmed downloaded transactions", but the account shows no blue in the sidebar, and, the register shows no unconfirmed transactions, where I use showing all transactions or just unconfirmed. There are definitely transactions! I counted what it should have downloaded, and the count it reported was correct. Search also finds no transactions.

So, the data in this account (in Moneydance) goes back to Dec 2021. How can I see and confirm the transactions? Works for all my other Fidelity accounts, and, has been working on this account for many many years.

    Online, so, not ofx or MD+. Just online banking service. Been using it for more than 5 years, it's not a setup issue. MD 2023. 1 and before you say something about MD+ or any other service, all my Fidelity accounts working fine, even this one says it downloads, but, the transactions simply are not there for the one account which I use every single month.

    Could it simply be you've accidentally changed the sort order?

    Click on date to sort by date, and click the upper right separate square to cycle between transactions, unconfirmed transactions, and new transaction?

    Just a thought, since everything else is working.

    I understand, but nope, as I mentioned, not even search finds any transactions, even though it says it downloaded them and even though the screen clearly says I have unconfirmed transactions.

    It's got to be a bug or corruption. Going to need infinitekind support.

    A few additional things to check:

    Make sure the All button is selected at the top of your register. Some of the other options can filter out recent transactions from the active view.

    Do you see a bar towards the bottom of your register that says something like '## Unconfirmed Transactions'? If so, you have the split register view active. You can either click and drag this bar up to reveal your unconfirmed transactions, or exit this view by clicking on the 'box' icon just to the right of the New Transaction button.

    All is selected of course, don't forget I said nothing is blue.

    I do see the bar, what I do NOT see is anything to the right of New Transaction button. Just the window edge.

    Attached is a screen capture of that portion of the screen.

    I reset the sync date again. It no longer says there are unconfirmed transactions, though you can see on the status bar there are a LOT of new transactions. Where are they? Nothing blue and most of them are after the last transaction shown. Previously, earlier today, it did have the unconfirmed link looking text you asked about.

    So, I guess it's worse than it used to be now. And note, I said all my other Fiedlity accounts work fine.

    Maybe it's a coincidence, but, I do notice the very next transaction in the download, looking at my account or a OFX export manually, is a reverse split. I wonder if there's a bug there...

    Additionally, upgrading to the latest preview version should hopefully fix the problem for you. Moneydance 2023.2 build 5007 is now available to download from this page.

    For a full list of improvements in the preview version, please refer to this page.

    I believe this is the fix required for a bug that caused downloaded transactions to not be added to the register when a currency rate or security price was a non-positive number.

    I can select bank register, but there's nothing there other than a couple old account fees. Nothing else is different. Will download 2023.2

    I am running 2023.2 and it does indeed show up in the register now, thanks! I was pretty sure it was a bug. Thank you to everyone who tried to assist.
