Portfolio Report: Incorrect Returns for 5 yr and All

Hello, as the subject suggests, my portfolio report is returning incorrect percentages, namely in the 5 year % and the All %. Please see attached screen shot. Appears to be happening only to cash securities, where price is always $1.

I've already checked the security's price history to ensure that every price history record = $1, but that hasn't made a difference.
