Portfolio Value as of a specific date.

If I view an investment account, under Portfolio View it shows Portfolio Value as of now (e.g. 12/2). What I would like is the Portfolio Value of the investment account as of a specific date in past, such as 11/30. Assume for this question that I have price data for all needed dates.

Is there any way to get the Portfolio Value for an Investment Account for a specific date.

Note this is not the "Account Balance" report which shows the CASH balance of the investment account as of a selected date. And this is not the "Account Balance" graph which shows the TOTAL balance. (Yes, I can subtract the TOTAL (from graph) - CASH (from report) to get my value so that is a workaround.)

I can also use the answer (from 2016) to run the Investment Performance specifying the end date for date needed but again it does not tabulate the Portfolio Value (though I can subtract the TOTAL - CASH).

If the Investment Performance report could just SUBTOTAL the security prices that would be perfect.

If found a similar question from 2016 ( https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/discussions/investments/716-repo... ) and the answer was no - hoping something has changed.

   Hi - yes that report is the same in that it does not SUBTOTAL the security values. That report is more succinct than any I've listed so I'll likely use that.

   Admittedly this is a minor point, but I try to avoid manual calculations because I make mistakes and prefer just pulling a number off a report.

   I end up pulling this data into a spreadsheet anyways so I'll likely just compute the security subtotal rather than copying from a report.

   Hi Andy

   Have you tried setting up a Net Worth Report. Under its EDIT set a date and the investment account or accounts and memerise it with its own name.

   Networth report
   Account balances report
   Extract data extension. Security balances asof date report.

   Thanks - probably not being too clear so apologies for that but I'm looking to get the Security SUBTOTAL portion of the investment account and none of the reports mentioned produce that value explicitly. I'll look into the 'Extract data extension' (lots of options) but on first run it just gives TOTAL and not the security balance.

   For the extract, load into excel then select all and dump into a pivot table.
