Hi, I am using the Roth in-plan conversion feature offered through my employer's 401(k) plan with Fidelity, and when transactions are downloaded in MD, I get a zero-value transfer transaction from the pre-tax investment to a post-tax/Roth account. Currently, MD does not recognize the target account to transfer to, so it defaulted to one of my savings accounts.

What is the best resolution of this, create another Investment account with Fidelity and name it something like "Fidelity - Roth"? If I do this, I believe I would need to duplicate the securities I currently have in the Fidelity pre-tax account in MD. This fix seems a bit cumbersome, but not quite sure how else I could handle this "pre-tax to Roth" bi-weekly transfer that is downloaded on my Fidelity account?
