Moving securities from one brokerage to another (U.S. In Kind Transfer)

I recently executed an In Kind Transfer where securities and cash are moved from one brokerage to another. The receiving brokerage recorded each security transaction as a BuyXfr identifying the former brokerage in the Transfer field. This results in a negative cash balance in the origin brokerage account. Is there a different way of moving the share balance to the new brokerage? If I create a transfer (XFR) transaction with the details of the security, the only information recorded is the total amount.

Thanks,

OK, the response to myself, READ THE EFFFING MANUAL, or at least examine the extensions available.
I just discovered that there is an extension, "Toolbox - Move investment transactions" that does exactly what I requested.
    Sorry for the interruption.
Maybe someone else will see this before they ask.
