US stock prices in Quote Loader

I am currently using FT as the source. My US holdings always produce the error message “Do not load” after an auto-run and the new price is set to zero. However, if I manual restore FT against every stock in the Source column and Get Prices, the correct prices are downloaded.

Curiously, the same happens with just one UK stock: Abrdn UK Smaller Companies (AUSC) where I get the same “Do not load” error.

I would appreciate any suggestions, perhaps using a different source for these stocks.

    Hi

My first thought is that after setting FT as the Source from DO NOT LOAD you are not clicking SAVE CHANGES to store the change.
