using multiple windows 10 computers

A few months back I purchased Moneydance to replace my aging Quicken 2007. I really only use the program as a general ledger, entering all of my payments and charges by hand. I would like to install Moneydance on my wife's computer so that she could enter the data from her accounts (saving me a little time) and at the same time put the data file on my NAS.

My questions are these:
1. Exactly which files and/or folders should I move from the computer where Moneydance is currently operating to the NAS to enable both of us to access the data?

2. What do I do in Moneydance on my present computer to tell it news location of the data?

3. Once I install Moneydance on my wife's computer, are there any special steps I need to take to start her copy of Moneydance.

    You want to make sure you are both using the same version of MD. Here is the latest build of MD 2017:

    When you install the version use your license key to register her version.
