<p>What an interesting console window. Could you try the following for me to rule out some common causes?</p>
<ol>
<li>Open the Moneydance desktop program. Wait for all of the various exchange rate and account downloads to finish (you'll see them displayed at the bottom of the window).</li>
<li>Open the console window and clear it
3.Open the Moneydance app on your iPhone and wait to see the "requested service info" message in the console window</li>
<li>Close the Moneydance app on your iPhone</li>
<li>Open the Moneydance app on your iPhone and wait for about 30 seconds</li>
<li>Voila! The sync occurs! (Hopefully)</li>
</ol>
<p>If this works, fantastic. If not, please copy and paste the contents of the console window at the end of this process and we'll look into other possible solutions. Please also include the model and name of your wireless router, if possible. Please let me know how it goes,</p>
