iPhone no longer syncs
This discussion is public.
Hi there,
my iPhone doesn't sync for a couple of weeks now. I tried a
couple of thing such as erasing and re-installing the app on said
iPhone.
This allowed for a single sync once, but it hasn't sync'd
thereafter.
The Mac app detects the device alright, they are both on the same network. I have no fucking clue what's wrong and it is annoying.
Also followed the steps in the respective help section, here's the content from the console message box:

Olaf,
What an interesting console window. Could you try the following for me to rule out some common causes?
If this works, fantastic. If not, please copy and paste the contents of the console window at the end of this process and we'll look into other possible solutions. Please also include the model and name of your wireless router, if possible. Please let me know how it goes,
Angie Rauscher
