iPhone no longer syncs

Hi there,

my iPhone doesn't sync for a couple of weeks now. I tried a couple of thing such as erasing and re-installing the app on said iPhone.
This allowed for a single sync once, but it hasn't sync'd thereafter.

The Mac app detects the device alright, they are both on the same network. I have no fucking clue what's wrong and it is annoying.

Also followed the steps in the respective help section, here's the content from the console message box:
