How much data syncs to my iPhone from my mac?

Hi, I am compiling info for a tax report which was easy to access from my phone rather than the mac app. I notice that data on my iPhone only goes back a certain period of time. Assuming that this is intended to reduce file sizes, could you please advise what this time period is.

   Looking at my phone that seems about right.

   I was working on a rarely used account and couldn’t understand why I could only see two transactions until I realised. Thanks for your help.
