When opening on Android, Dropbox is my only choice. I use OneDrive. Does that mean I can't use Android?

    I'm a fellow user.

Dropbox is the only supported solution for syncing with Mobile devices.

I am not support staff, just a user.

Simply create a free Dropbox account and download a Dropbox client app and if you want only use it for Moneydance. Cost nothing and works great.
That's what I have done ,use OneDrive as my main cloud server.

    Hope this helps

    Hi Richard,

I can see you’ve received a reply from our knowledgeable Moneydance customers.

To add to this useful information I thought it's worth to provide you the following information:

Open Moneydance on the computer, to access the file you'd like to share. Choose File --> Syncing.
In this window you should pick a Dropbox sync method. If you choose 'Dropbox Connection', you'll be prompted to visit the Dropbox site and retrieve an authorisation code that you can enter into Moneydance.
You should also create and enter a syncing encryption password if you haven't already.

When you open the mobile app, click on the blue 'Dropbox' title and logo at the top of the screen. This will allow you to connect with Dropbox and access your sync files. You should pick the file you want to view, and enter the syncing encryption password to match the computer.

The steps to sync with a mobile device are also outlined in this article from the knowledge base.Hi,

Let us know if we can be of further assistance.
