Syncing Moneydance with MacBook and IOS devices
Is it possible to use iCloud to syncing data between computer and IOS devices? I'm trying to stop using Dropbox completely.

No, its not possible to sync to mobile devices without Dropbox. Mobile devices use an embedded Dropbox API which connects directly to Dropbox without using other apps.
If you don’t want to sync to mobile devices, only between computers, you should be able to use Share Folder with iCloud. I am not an Apple user but have tested Shared Folder with OneDrive, Google Drive, Box.com, PDrive and Dropbox.
