    MariaTeresa,

Have you downloaded and installed the app on your iPhone from the app store? After doing so you should install the "Network Sync" extension in Moneydance. You will then enter the code which is displayed on the iPhone app into the Network Sync extension.

You can find further troubleshooting suggestions in our Knowledge Base. Good luck, and please let me know if I can be of further assistance,

    Maria,

The passcode lock number is a user-set number, it's basically a 4 digit pin number to secure your app, if desired. I hope this helps, and please let me know if I can be of further assistance,

    Hi

I want to make sure we are talking about the same thing. Are you referring to the 4 digit passcode that you enter into the iPhone app in order to open the app or are your referring to the access code that you enter into the Network sync extension in order to register the iPhone app with the desktop?

The access code is displayed on the Moneydance iPhone app initial screen when you first run the iPhone app before it has been registered. If you do not see the access code when you run the iPhone app then you have already registered the device with Moneydance. If you removed the iPhone app from the Network Sync extension after it had previously been registered you will need to reinstall the iPhone app in order to see an access key.

Dear Sir, I'm sorry but I did what you said, but the App on my Iphone ask me
about a Passcode lock, 4 digit number, to start the sync. I never set a
passcode. What I have to do? I need to install agin?

    Hi

The Moneydance iPhone app passcode cannot be bypassed. The only way yo get past it if you don't know the passcode you set is to uninstall it and reinstall it from the app store.

    Sincerely
    Ben Spencer
