iPad App v Windows Desktop

Hi,

I frequently use the App on my iPad for entering transactions whilst away from my office and they sync fine with the desktop software. However, I've found that if I subsequently need to amend the entry via the desktop software (e.g. I put the wrong amount in when creating the original entry on the iPad App) it seems to save the amend transaction Ok, but very quickly thereafter it reverts back to the original entry! How do I stop it doing this please?

    I’ve had this issue. Very frustrating. The only fix (for me) was to turn off sync. Delete all sync files. Restart sync from new. Then no issue.

    I'm a fellow user.

    Typically such a problem tells us that something is not well in the syncing, as Stuart has said a complete reset it is generally the solution, there is nothing in Moneydance that we know of to try and force an internal resync.

    Thanks for all your input fellow users, I will try a reset of Syncing and see how it goes.
