Thanks for your help. I’ve tried your instructions but seem to have run into two obstacles:
Cannot find the request ID (same as item ID?) in the file nor can I find “no name”
The “Force Disconnect a MD+ connection (use with care)” is a greyed out (not selectable) option even in advanced mode.
Thanks again for the try. If I’ve overlooked something, don’t hesitate to advise.

Yes, I’ve enabled advanced mode via top left menu.
I have App Store version and seems like it is only available as 2022.3 4084. I’m not sure if I need to wait a bit longer for it to post on the App Store. Looks like the version you state is available as a trial download…. But I’m not sure If I can even find the areas to address in the "Online Banking Configuration" file.
I get a similar error screen, except I only get the first line of text. "There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details are below:" But there isn't anything after this message. The rest of the screen is Blank. All my accounts are connected and downloading fine. But the error message is annoying because it pops up very frequently. I am using MD+. Moneydance 2022 (4040) on a mac environment,
