Switch from Dropbox to iCloud
So far, I synch my MoneyDance on Mac with iPhone and iPad, synching with DropBox. Recently, I got another Mac, with which I want to have MoneyDance to be synched. My problem is I have to upgrade DropBox contract for more than 3 devices, as they allow only up to 3 devices to synch with the present free contract.
Would you please instruct me how to change synching with DropBox to iCloud without problem and adding another Mac at the same time.

There is no need to necessarily move to iCloud if the Dropbox limit is your only concern.
Moneydance has two different ways of connecting to Dropbox. Dropbox folder does use one of the devices however Dropbox Connection does not use any.
Unless you install the Dropbox client on your iPhone or iPad then a Device connection will not be used, and Moneydance on these devices will never use the Dropbox client even if you do install it.
So at the moment, at worst, for Moneydance use, you would be making use of 1 device from a Dropbox perspective.

Dear dwg,
Thank you so much for your quick response. Yes, Dropbox limit is my only concern.
Would you let me know how my new MoneyDance application synching setting on my new Mac? I would appreciate if you could give me any link inside MoneyDance Support.
I tried so many possibilities as much I could think about, but, nothing worked.
Everytime I start up MoneyDance, the page shows up as per attached screenshot.

To connect to an existing syncing relationship from the Welcome screen choose create a new account set and in the next window and in the next window it will give an option to connect to a synced file.
The basic instructions for setting up syncing as well as adding secondary machines (which is what you are talking about doing) is in the KB article:
