Not all entries syncing

Using Moneydance 2023.1(5006) on a MacBook Pro and App version 2.34 on an IPhone 7, using dropbox to sync.

Have numerous entries on the app that are not syncing to the Mac, seems to have stopped updating on 10 Jul, also tried ICloud syncing same result, any ideas?

   Firstly upgrade to 5007

   Sounds like your sync data needs a rebuild, but it will probably lose app entries not sync’d back to the Mac

   Please make sure both are using the same sync method first….

   Grab help/console and upload that here.

   Then toolbox extension, update mode, advanced menu, force refresh/ push sync data. Wait…. Restart both Mac and App.

   Ok. Well you haven’t upgraded to 5007 (according to the log)?

   You have two duff .txn files that need to be deleted from the hidden sync folder: located here in iCloud: /Documents/sync/ca9bc380-03b6-4a1b-a5d3-617fd614f769

   To get to these you will need to launch toolbox, top right, click open md folder. Open sync folder. You can then navigate to the path above. Then delete:

   2e97948a-b821-4ba2-b875-afc9f4248346.txn

   dd466fb5-95e9-4be2-b19c-2b15133ac702.txn

   These should be the only two .txn files.

   Then restart MD. What happens?

   Grab a new console and upload that here afterwards.
