Dropbox space consumed

My .moneydancesync directory on DropBox contains several seeminly empty directories all having names in the format 8-4-4-12 (all hex characters).
I cannot get any modification/creation dates from these so have no idea how old or not they might be.
This is my only use of a "basic" (2GB) account and I am suddenly out of space.
Can any of these be deleted ?
(short if disabling sync on secondaries, disabling on primary, deleting dropbox subdirs, then re-starting sync from scratch on primary and then each secondary)

   Launch toolbox extension. On the main page, halfway down, you will see something like:

   SYNC DETAILS
   Sync Password:                 ***************
   Sync Method:                   GenericFSSyncFolder:dropbox_folder:base=/Users/stu/Dropbox/.moneydancesync:subpath=81d3a01c-f2e4-4278-88f4-a6c35cfdb316:
   Sync local disk/url location:  '/Users/stu/Dropbox/.moneydancesync' (alias to: '/Users/xxx/Library/CloudStorage/Dropbox/.moneydancesync')
   

   This long number you see is the (current) one you want to KEEP in dropbox.. Yes, the others can be deleted...

   That did it; however, when I invoke Edgension/Toolbox, I am presented with a popup window

   I was able to find "FIX: Delete Orphaned Extensions" under MENU General tools".

   The location of  "FIX: Non-Hierarchical Security Acct Txns" evades me
