Sync Timing

It doesn't appear that Moneydance syncs at app launch. Neither the mobile, nor the desktop. Is there a rational reason why? I am able to force syncing on the mobile, but I think it should happen immediately as the application opens on both platforms.

    Syncing should occur every 20 seconds or so.
