sync stopped working

I just upgraded to 2024.1 and sync still isn't working. It sees my dropbox sync setup but nothing happens. Been a year and I have fiddled with it from time to time but being busy give up. i really do not want to delete everything and start over.

   Use toolbox extension to reset and restart you sync connection.

   What version of MD are you using? And what version of toolbox?

   The latest version should be available, but if not, try,
   https://yogi1967.github.io/MoneydancePythonScripts/

   and look for toolbox.

   What exact message? Perhaps send a screenshot?
   Also grab help/show console, upload that here.
   Have you gone to menu, extensions, installed, toolbox, update?

   If you haven't already, you may want to install the latest update.

   A new update was released on 19 Aug 2024 .

   Moneydance 2024.2 (build 5146) is available to download from this page.

   For a full list of improvements in the preview version, please refer to this page.

   We recommend overwriting or manually removing the older version.

   ---

   Then in order to update your extensions, you should launch Moneydance and navigate to Extensions->Manage Extensions

   ---

   Lastly, install the latest Toolbox v.1066

   Launch the Toolbox and choose "Update Mode".

   Click Menu Advanced Options

   • Choose the option: Force a refresh/Push of your local dataset to Sync. Wait a few minutes.
     This will reset and update sync with a new consolidated dataset.
