Hi:
I've had Moneydance since 2014. I love the PC version and I currently paid for the 2024 version which is great. However, your Android app leaves a lot to be desired. Bank in the 2014 version there was Handybank which was great. You could do everything from your phone if you needed to. Now, you have to use the PC version to pay bills and have do all other things. if you are out of town without your laptop, you cannot conduct any business. Customers like us that pay for your software should be able to use it to their advantage. You should fix your Android version. I'm currently using software that I can have on my tablet, phone and laptop. We paid good money for your business. I think the changes should be done.

    I’m a fellow Moneydance user

There is a project in progress to expand the capability on mobile devices i.e. those running IOS and Android.

Through the Moneydance 2023 and 2024 releases the core Moneydance software is progressively being rewritten in a language that is support on these Operating Systems, much of the testing that has been done so far is to ensure there is no regression as the various modules of the software have been ported. This rewrite should facilitate a far more capable application on these devices and closer to a full version of Moneydance on devices like tablets. How far it will go on smartphones is still an unknown.

There is no timeline on this work there is still much to be done.
