Account Name Change
I made a change to an account's name. This change was able to sync across to all other PCs with out an issue via Dropbox sync. However, on all of my iPhone syncs, the account completely disappeared. What I have already tried:
- turn off all sync from all computers, deleted dropbox ".moneydance" folder... and re-setup all of the sync
- tried to change the name back and it still will not come up
What do I need to do to be able to select the account I changed the name on?

Hi Don,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
Can you check if this account was accidentally marked as “Inactive” as described here, perhaps?
This would prevent it from being synced with your mobile devices.

Hi Maddy,
The weirdest thing. It finally showed up on my phones AFTER I added a transaction into that account. WHY!!!!!!!!!!! Hahaha
