balances are incorrect
The balance on 1 account on my phone and on the sidebar are incottect. The balance in the account on the computer is correct. This is only happenong in 1 account.

I have one account that the balance in the account does not match the sidebar balance. The side bar balance is incorrect. The incorrect balance is also showing up on my iphone. I upgraded the software last year.

That suggests you may have a different balance set to display.
On the main program, the balance to show in the sidebar is set in preferences.
The Balance on the summary page is set and shown in the headings.
The balance shown in the register includes future dated transactions, i.e. all posted transactions, highlighting it shows all available balances.

To elucidate dwg further - do you have a future transaction in that one account, for example?

I have multiple future transactions. I changed the settings to cleared balance and at least now the side bar matches that. The app is still incorrect in it’s balance.

The other crazy thing is that it is showing correct current balances on other accounts like Credit Cards. If I change the setting Either the checking account shows the incorrect balance or the credit cards do. The other crazy thing that has been happening in the checking account is that if I don’t mark the transaction as reconciling the balance is that is calculated is off by thousands of dollars.

The account register will always show all posted transactions, that is the nature of a register.

You could always push a new dataset from the primary (assuming your desktop) to the mobile device using Toolbox, but it would be nice to figure out the issue (for us/MD) versus just blowing it away and putting the data back into place.

In my Android phone, I assume it’s the same for an iPhone it can’t show CLEARED BALANCE only CURRENT BALANCE or BALANCE if the box under setting (3 vertical dots top right) INCLUDE FUTURE TRANSACTIONS is ticked. With the box unticked try setting on the computer Current Balance for Side Bar and Summary page, how do totals compare now?
