MoneyDance won't let me click NEXT after entering Sync Encryption Password

MoneyDance won't let me click NEXT after entering Sync Encryption Password.

I am trying to use DropBox Connection to sync on a new computer. I have done this successfully in the past, this time I can't click NEXT - it remains grayed-out. See attachment.

Both PCs are running Windows11 with MoneyDance 2024.4 (5253).

   Hi Andy,
   We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

   You should launch Moneydance on your primary computer and when you are in register view, navigate to Help->Console Window
   Click the icon with the horizontal ellipsis and navigate to Utilities->Reset Dropbox Folder Sync Data from This File.

   Then on the secondary computer, you should navigate to File –> New– >Open Synced File choose the same sync method (Dropbox Connection) and enter the same passphrase as the primary computer.

   I think I'm almost there - but my options in the Console Window are a bit different...see attached and please let me know if I should select 1, 2 or 3.

   If the data file you have opened is up-to-date, you should select the last option in the list.

   Thanks again - performed that operation and I saw this come across in the Console Window:

   20251202-12:19:04.281 Need to reset the remote sync folder, because the local file tiksync/force_push_resync exists.

   But I am still getting a greyed-out NEXT button on the Secondary machine.

   Would you be able to send us a copy of your Moneydance error logs? The logs should include information on what might be causing the issue.

   You could navigate to Help->Console Window and click the arrow (at the bottom left). Select Copy to Clipboard and attach or paste the full content in your next reply.

   Alternatively, you should navigate to:

   Local Disk(C:)>Users>Your Name>.moneydance>errlog.txt

   Finally you can copy the full content into your next reply here.

   Welp - evidently, I have multiple files available to Synchronize and I was selecting the incorrect one. Now that I have selected the correct one, I was able to open it after entering the password on the new PC.

   Is there a way to delete the other files that are shown when you select: File -> New- >Open Synced File ?

   Andy, you can’t delete synced files directly inside Moneydance. To remove them from the “Open Synced File” list, you must delete the corresponding data folders from your sync location (Dropbox).
   You can view the synced data folders in Dropbox at: https://www.dropbox.com/home/.moneydancesync

   Inside this directory, you’ll find one uniquely named subfolder for each Moneydance data set you’ve synced. The timestamp included should help you identify which file corresponds to the dataset you want to remove.

   Important: If you are not completely certain which folder to delete, do not proceed.
