Moneydance not syncing between Window, Android phone and Android tablet

I have tried all of the suggested fixed found in the blogs. I even spent the extra money to upgrade the Moneydance version. Syncing via Dropbox does not work now and did not work before. The apps say they are syncing, but no new data is added.
