Having trouble syncing MoneyDance on a new device

Hello,
I have recently received a new computer & I am having trouble synching MoneyDance to the new device. I can't seem to get past the "getting started" screen. I do not have a way to login to the system on the new device & am unclear as to how to import the information from my original computer to the new one.

    It is unclear if you want to use syncing to have the data on both machines or if you want to migrate to a new machine.

    Please elaborate, including the operating systems.
